Seeking a qualified individual with prior Navy 3M experience to fill a key position scheduling maintenance for new production assets and support the sustainment of fleet assets. Qualified person will have Database System Administrator/Analyst; managing multiple maintenance data systems, generating maintenance schedules for multiple sites simultaneously, updating system configuration files;  will serve as a Technical Publications Librarian; organizing and operating libraries of technical publications, reports and related maintenance data; and will perform Configuration Management related duties, including efforts to manage and update rapidly changing system configurations to ensure validity of maintenance performed and system readiness. Preferred Qualifications: Previous NALCOMIS/OOMA Administration (Navy NEC#s 6302, 6303, 6314, 6315) or equivalent experience, previous  experience in the management of technical and/or configuration data, Navy 3M (Maintenance and Material Management) program management at or above the supervisory level

General Job Category Description: Provides support to the logistics function preparing logistics documentation to establish the range and depth of spares, tools, test equipment and related manuals to be deployed and stocked. Determines maintenance and repair materials required for deployment. Modifies maintenance records such as repair standards for more complex equipment or components. Develops requisitions for and manages records of equipment, components, repair parts and related manuals; tracks logistics materials and parts for proper allocation of storage facilities; reviews configuration changes to evaluate impact on logistics deployment; documents equipment, component and parts conditions; and identifies logistic support documentation to be included such as drawings, technical manuals, and maintenance requirement cards to support life-cycle of product.

Basic Qualifications:
10 Years with Bachelors; 8 Years with Masters or fourteen years of work experience may be substituted for degree and work experience requirement.

Basic understanding of Navy 3M functions

Data Base Administration and Configuration Management experience is required

US Citizenship required in order to obtain and maintain required security clearance.
